As the international department of H.T.P steel market,we have started raw material export business since 2000.
In 2003,Mr Sun,one of shareholders of H.T.P steel market,found "thread rod" is well for profit,what's more,thread rod is easy enough for manufacturing and touch closely with the raw material stocked in the market. After 3 months, a small mill was founded at jiashan city,zhejiang province.
The year 2007 has witnessed a key turning point for the company. Instead of the export tax refund,Government released the export tax charge for rib rod,H beam,coil,,,, by contrast, there are still tax refund for "thread rod". As a result, we have plunged more into the metal products.
In 2008,our product line expanded to thread rod,low carbon flat washer,cold forge hex nut. As a fastener mill,we couldn't manufacture everything but our core products for customers. However,diverse requirement has been prevailing.In order to enhance the fastener business,our stocked raw material was inclined to the fastener using instead of all construction using, our domestic sales also moved to the raw material supplier for many fastener mills. We keep usual domestic raw material sales with many local fastener factory,so we can get many products with good price. All this was also beneficial to our supply chain, because we could supply more competitive products than just our core products. SEM are able to cover diverse requirement with competitive price.
In 2011, we started products of ASTM A193 B7 rod.This products was survived during the USA anti-dumpling policy for thread rod against China.
In 2012, we have shares in one of local spring washer mill.After this cooperation,we can supply spring washer(DIN127B,DIN7980 and ASME B18.21.1 1999) with very good price for our customers,while the mill double its production capacity and expand its supply range.
In 2013, considerating the ever-growing domestic market, we set up a warehouse besides the production mill. The stock range is mainly around inch size bolt,nut,flat washer ,spring washer. Thanks to the warehouse, our domestic sales is booming while our export order with small quantity also benefit a lot.
In general,by staying close to customers and controlling the whole supply chain, we are coming up with good price and fine quality products that best satisfy customers needs.
